Halloween

After Christmas, Halloween has got to be the Wee Perrys' favorite holiday!  This year, we had a Cheetah, a fighter pilot, and Harry Potter.

While Logan was away for a couple weeks, my car broke down on our way to church.  Jason Nein came and gave us a ride home, and we had an unexpected quiet day at home.

Josiah at District III Honors Music Festival

Josiah was invited to participate in a fun day of music workshops capped off with a concert.  He was in the minority of participants as an enthusiastic and engaged male.  I love how Josiah is open and excited to try new things!  He's a go-getter!

Football

The boys enjoyed their football season, playing with their buddies.

We passed this blueberry field on our way to a football game.

In the last game of the season, Ben made a touchdown in the final few minutes!

 

Papa took us out for pizza after the last game, and entertained with his doodles.

 

The boys' football banquet commemorated a great season and their Best Sportsmanship award!

Titanic, Take Your Parent to Lunch day, and Homecoming

Logan and I pulled the kids out of school to go see the Titanic exhibit in Portland.  Josiah is very interested in historical fiction and has read a couple books about the Titanic, so he was very interested in going, and Ben and Abbey really enjoyed the artifacts as well, especially the ice berg.
